Summer Menu Planning

My goal is to have an "ultimate" summer menu which includes non repetitive meals for a month. Preferably they are quick, easy, healthy, low carb and contain no beans (dh doesn't like them). Here is what I have so far (note that it may not be all healthy or low carb ;0))

Hamburgers (wheat buns or pita)
Gyros (Ground Beef Gyros)
Chicken/Beef Fajitas
Danny's Dinner (taco salad)
Tacos
BBQ Chicken
BBQ Beef on a Bun
Cheesesteaks
Hot Roast Beef Sandwhiches
Kabobs
Fish
Fried Chicken
Chicken Ceasar Salad
Turkey Ham w/ Pineapple & Rice
Tomato Basil Squares
Steak, Potatoes & Salad
Tuna Fish Sandwhiches
Hot Dogs (yeah I know)
