Swiss String Beans

This is not your mother's green bean casserole!

SWISS STRING BEANS

Make White Sauce of:

2 TBSP Flour

2 TBSP Melted Butter

1 Tsp salt

¼ tsp Pepper

Add

1 TBSP Sugar

½ TBSP Onion

1 Cup Sour Cream

Gradually stirring until thick and Creamy

Fold in Gently: 4 cups Cooked French Cut Green Beans

Heat Thoroughly and Pour into 1 ½ quart Casserole dish.

Grate ½ LB Swiss Cheese over Beans.

Cover with 1 cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 2 TBSP Butter.

Bake a 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
