One thing that we have been enjoying this summer is freshly squeezed lemonade (I love the Pampered Chef Citrus Press). Here is what I do:

1/2 gallon of filtered or spring water
2 -3 lemons
2-3 dropperfuls of stevia OR 1/2 - 3/4 cup of maple syrup

Squeeze juice from lemons into 1/2 gallon of water ( I have a mason jar that I use for this)
Add stevia or maple syrup. Stir well. Chill or add ice cubes. Serve.
